If you have any questions, please check the FAQs and other sections of the website -- particularly the construction page. Most of the common questions I receive are covered somewhere on the site. If you can't find an answer, you may send an email to info@sleepingbaby.net. Please do not be offended if you ask a question that is covered somewhere on the site, and I copy and paste that as the answer :) (This goes double for questions about wrap-to-sling conversions -- please read this page before emailing me!)
I do check my email several times a day, and if I'm online and have the time to answer your question, I'll probably be able to answer it within a few hours. However, I'm not *always* online, and I would ask that you give me at least 24 hours to answer before you start to panic. I try not to do business stuff on the weekends (that's family time), so please be patient and wait until Monday if you've asked a question after 5 pm on Friday.
As a general rule, I do not call customers nor conduct business on the telephone. Email works much better for me -- I'm just not a good telephone person. I have no method of collecting order information over the telephone, either, since I use PayPal as my payment processor and do not have a credit card gateway to manually enter customer information.
I very occasionally attend meetings of the Boston Babywearers group. If you're in the area, do look them up -- it's a terrific group and if you're getting started with babywearing, they're an awesome resource!
