I have returned to a daily, rather than weekly, points allocation, but
as my time is still limited by the fact that the kids are home all day, the number

If you can't find an answer, you may send an email to info@sleepingbaby.net. Please do not be offended if you ask a question that is covered somewhere on the site, and I copy and paste that as the answer :) (This goes double for questions about wrap-to-sling conversions -- please read this page before emailing me!)
I do check my email several times a day, and if I'm online and have the time to answer your question, I'll probably be able to answer it within a few hours. However, I'm not *always* online, and I would ask that you give me at least 24 hours to answer before you start to panic. I try not to do business stuff on the weekends (that's family time), so please be patient and wait until Monday if you've asked a question after 5 pm on Friday.
As a general rule, I do not call customers nor conduct business on the telephone. Email works much better for me -- I'm just not a good telephone person. I have no method of collecting order information over the telephone, either, since I use PayPal as my payment processor and do not have a credit card gateway to manually enter customer information.
I very occasionally attend meetings of the Boston Babywearers group. If you're in the area, do look them up -- it's a terrific group and if you're getting started with babywearing, they're an awesome resource!
