If you have any questions, please check the FAQs and other sections of the website -- particularly the construction page and, if you're having a wrap conversion ring sling made, the WCRS info page. Most of the common questions I receive are covered on the site. If you can't find an answer, you may send an email to email@example.com [firstname.lastname@example.org] . Please do not be offended if you ask a question that is covered somewhere on the site, and I copy and paste that as the answer :)
I do check my email several times a day, and if I'm online and have the time to answer your question, I'll probably be able to answer it within a few hours. However, I'm not *always* online, and I would ask that you give me at least 24 hours to answer before you start to panic. I try not to do business stuff on the weekends (that's family time), so please be patient and wait until Monday if you've asked a question after 5 pm on Friday.
As a general rule, I do not call customers nor conduct business on the telephone. Email works much better for me -- I'm just not a good telephone person.

Please respect that this does not go to a call center, but is a home telephone, and I'm not always able to answer. I would appreciate calls only during normal business hours (9-5 Eastern time), and only if you are completely unable to resolve your issue via email. I do not answer the phone while I'm driving or otherwise engaged; if you don't receive an answer, please email me. My email address is email@example.com
Also, I am not affiliated in any way with Sleeping Baby Inc. (the makers of the Zipadee Zip sleep sack). If you need to contact them regarding questions or orders, please go to their website and fill out their contact form. Phone calls and emails to me will not reach them.
If you are looking to contact me about a large pending charge on your credit card, please read the card testing page. The charge will not go through, but you should notify your bank immediately, because it means your card number has been stolen and the thieves were attempting to see whether the number could be used with a fake address/phone for future actual purchases.
I very occasionally attend meetings of the Boston Babywearers group. If you're in the area, do look them up -- it's a terrific group and if you're getting started with babywearing, they're an awesome resource!
