If your baby's older sibling is anything like mine, s/he'll want to be just like Mommy and wear his/her favorite toy in a sling, too. A toy sling for your older child will be made from the same fabric as your sling. Please let me know the approximate height and weight of your child, and her/his age, and I'll do my best to make a sling that fits them. (Standard size is 15-20" by 45".) Makes a terrific new sibling gift!

New options: If your (adult) sling has an accent, I can make the child's sling with an accent, too, or if you're having a double layer made with your own fabric, I can duplicate that in the child's sling, too. If you think your child would prefer a zipless pocket in the accent material, please make a note of that. Not available with dupioni or shantung double-layers from in-stock fabric (due to stock limitations).

Obligatory statement of the obvious: Although sewn with the same attention to detail I give my regular slings, doll slings are not intended to carry real babies, and should be used only for stuffed animals and other small toys. There is also a potential for strangulation, since the sling makes a closed loop of fabric. Pay close attention to your child as s/he plays, and don't leave him/her alone with the sling unless s/he's old enough to use it responsibly.
