(Closing the store basically means I will be marking all the fabrics as "out of stock" -- they won't actually be out of stock, but I don't wish to take orders duing that time because I hate having a backlog. Pre-Thanksgiving free shipping If, like me, you live in jeans, then nothing will feel more familiar, cozy and comfortable than a 100% cotton denim sling. This particular denim is much lighter than jeans; they're usually 10-12 oz/yard, while these fabrics are 5-6 oz/yard. This gives them a wonderful drape, with enough support for big babies and an almost flannel softness that will keep even sensitive newborns happy. Light enough for spring and summer wear, but particularly lovely on a crisp fall day. Sewn with real denim thread (unless you prefer otherwise) for style. Washing tips: Machine wash on cold, dry regular or hang to dry. I have prewashed these fabrics, but I would recommend wearing them only with dark-colored shirts until the dye has stopped running; wearing them with a light-colored shirt may result in some dye transfer. This is natural with indigo-dyed denim and should stop after a few washes.
