ring sling with overlapping pleat shoulder
Remaining
points:
1, for in-stock fabric slings/accessories sewn and
sent Thursday, August 21 (What
are points? They do not apply to things you send
to me -- check/money order payments, sling
and wrap redos, or custom
slings; or to
the new STBS and vibrant collections.)
Next scheduled points renewal: August 21, 12 pm Eastern
time, for slings sewn and sent on August 22.
I have returned to a daily, rather than weekly, points allocation, but
since my time is still limited by the fact that the kids are home all day, the
number of points will be similarly limited.
USPS Insurance rates:
Express Mail includes $100 of coverage automatically.
Priority Mail insurance rates:
| Fee | Insurance coverage |
| $1.70 | $0.01 to $50 |
| $2.15 | $50.01 to $100 |
| $2.60 | $100.01 to $200 |
| $4.60 | $200.01 to $300 |
| $5.55 | $300.01 to $400 |
| $6.50 | $400.01 to $500 |
These rates are valid for parcels within the US only!
If your package is being shipped outside the US, the rates differ and may not be available for all methods:
- Global Express Guaranteed: Includes up to $100 of coverage
- Express Mail International: Includes up to $100 of coverage
- Priority Mail International:
- Flat rate envelope: Insurance not available
- Variable-weight parcel: Limited insurance to most countries
- First-Class International: Insurance not available
If you elect not to purchase insurance, I am not responsible if the package is not delivered, lost in the mail, or otherwise damaged. Please read more about shipping if you have any doubts! Also please keep in mind that insurance is NOT available on the Priority Mail International Flat Rate envelope. I'm sorry about that; I don't know why the USPS does it that way, but if you purchase insurance with PMI Flat Rate, it's just $1.75 extra that doesn't actually do anything. I can't add insurance to it.
If you have a wrap redo or hemming, you must select insurance on the wrap redo product page in the "Want USPS insurance?" pulldown. Because redos are technically "shipping exempt" according to my cart (that's how I make shipping included in the price), it will not add the price of insurance if you select it during checkout, and I don't pay for insurance out of my pocket -- I already make very little money on wrap redos. Make sure you've selected insurance in the pulldown, or it will not be included.
