Non-reorderable

Ellaroo wraps are known for their light weight and lovely, soft texture. They aren't necessarily as supportive as a Hoppediz for toddlers, but they are much cooler and splendid for a summer day.

The wraps are 100% cotton, in a cool, thin weave. Initially somewhat stiff, they soften wonderfully after washing. They are a bit narrower than many of my other fabrics -- about 27" wide -- but that, too, is a nice change in the summertime. The fringe on the end lends a bit of flair to the plain wraps, and is just glorious on the multicolor ones.

I have not prewashed these wraps, and would recommend washing with like colors in order to minimize the possibility of dye transfer, as they may bleed for a couple of washes. Ellaroo suggests the following for washing: "Wash all Ellaroo baby carriers in cold water by hand or in the gentle cycle of the washing machine and hanging them dry. When tying your Wrap baby carrier, avoid yanking on the fringe. Like any handwoven fabric, the Wraps are vulnerable at the fringes. If one part of the fringe is pulled hard away from another part, it may tear." I have personally washed my slingified Ellaroo wraps in the washer without issues, but that's up to you :)

Why the price difference? The two solids were bought from a vendor who was liquidating her stock, and I was able to get them at wholesale price. The stripes were purchased on sale, but not at wholesale, so my price is closer to retail on those. The weave and quality is the same on all the wraps; I just like to price them based on my actual cost.
